Goods Unite Us: App for smartphones

Tracks political spending by national brands and shows you the percentage and scale of their donations by party and major candidates. They do not consider DEI initiative support but do track 8 social issues. They periodically send out messages with companies in an industry with those that are Republican leaning and those that are Democratic leaning which can be very useful for a quick reminder.

5 Calls: An App for Smartphones

This app makes. “8-minute activism” a reality! Once you type in your address, it provides direct links to your federal elected officials so you can call them daily with just a push of a button. There is detailed information about several issues of concern and a script for each one if you want to use it . You then check a box to record data on whether you spoke to someone, left a message, made contact with the Congressperson or did not connect.

The Dallas Democratic Forum: Lunch with expert panels on topics of importance

The lunch takes place in the Arts District Mansion. Membership levels vary, but a $250/year membership includes one free admission per program.
