So, It's 2026! Now what?

One of our New Year’s resolutions is to get better organized. If we want to turn the Park Cities area into a bluer shade of purple, we’re going to need to pull out all the organizational stops. Relational Organizing is the latest trend among the political insiders: what is it? when does it work better than traditional outreach methods? what is the best way to reach out to our neighbors? We’ll learn all about this at the January meeting!

DCDP virtual information session: "What is a Precinct Chair?" - Dec 17

Did you know that up to 40% of Dallas precincts are without a precinct chair?

On this call, the Dallas County Democratic Party will answer the question: What’s a Precinct Chair and How Do I Get Involved at the Party?! The position of precinct chair is generally the party job closest to the actual action: meeting, motivating, and mobilizing the voters themselves, who happen to be your neighbors and friends! If you're fired up and looking to step up and really make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity at a crucial political moment.

We can make this Texas a Texas that works for everyone, but we can’t do it without you – we look forward to seeing you on the call!

FEDDs October Meeting - Constitutional Amendments

This November, there are 17 amendments on the ballot. As usual, they’ve made the language confusing with legalese. Join the FEDDs to empower yourself with knowledge to vote with confidence.

We’ll be joined by legal experts who will break down the amendments to explain what they mean and how they could affect our daily lives, our communities, and the future of our state.

As we face the challenges of the white supremacist, christian nationalist authoritarian GOP movement, understanding the ballot is critical in our fight for democracy, justice and equity.

Tues, Oct 7, 6:30 - 8pm

Times Ten TOO, 2018 Kidwell St
