Stop the Trump Take-Over!!

Greg Abbott is letting Trump take over Texas. Instead of addressing the real crises Texans are facing, he's been using the special legislative session to push Trump's political agenda. Families are still recovering from the devastating Central Texas floods. Abbott could have delivered millions of dollars in flood relief without a special session, and he can do so now with a wave of his pen.

Let’s tell Morgan Meyer to vote “NO!”

Event will primarily be outdoors. Please dress for warm weather and bring your favorite protest sign. Cold water will be passed out to attendees!

Protest at the Redistricting Hearing in Arlington

Wear a white shirt to join in the resistance!

The first step in the Trump Take Over are field hearings to get public comment on their power grab. We need to show up and speak out. Texas is being used as a testing ground for Trump-style politics—extreme, divisive, and dangerous—but it shouldn’t be. It’s time to remind our leaders that they need to put Texans first and focus on solutions to the real problems in our lives.

Join us for a powerful rally ahead of the hearings with our elected champions and then head over with us to make your voice heard through testimony. We must come together and fight.

Let’s pack the room and demand lawmakers put Texans first and stop playing political games.

Let’s meet at The Londoner in Mockingbird Station at 2:45 to carpool to UT Arlington. Bring Your Own Signs!

TX Redistricting Stop the Steal Rally

Trump knows he can’t win the midterms fair and square — so now he’s demanding five new congressional seats in Texas to rig the map and grab more power without earning a single vote.

But this is just another page out of the same old, tired playbook.

For 30 years, Republicans have ignored infrastructure, slashed public services, and then exploited the disasters they caused to grab more power. But Dallas Democrats are fighting back — and we need you with us

Meet us at The Londoner in Mockingbird Plaza at 9:30 to carpool to Lake Cliff Park (only 15 minutes away!) and make your voice heard. Bring Your Own Sign!
