As the calendar turns, it’s time to remember where we’ve been, and it’s also time to think about what comes next. At PCDWA, that’s planning for how we can have the greatest impact in 2020. Join us for our first Friday Coffee of the year (which happens to be on the second Friday in January), for an open mic event. (That’s January 10, at 9 AM.). Let’s take stock of where we are and where we want to go.
And we’re hitting the ground running! The very next day, we have partnered once again with the great folks at Flip Texas Blue to sponsor a neighborhood meeting planned with the good folks at Mom’s Demand Action, to talk about how we can reduce gun violence in our communities. This is an issue that is so close to so many of our hearts. There are both non-partisan and political things we can do on these issues, and we’ll talk about them all.
