That countdown timer?? That’s the time till the POLLS CLOSE in Texas on November 3. That’s when we can relax.
In other words, it's GO TIME! In addition to casting your vote (safely - so therefore early, or by mail if you qualify) we need you to do more. We are no longer just politely asking or suggesting. This is our make or break moment, ladies!
There is already much chatter of voter suppression, USPS delays for mail-in ballots, the "Red Mirage" of election night results, and of course we predict that Trump will contest results and question the validity of the election if he does not win it - he has hinted at this already. We need to engage every like-minded person to FLOOD the polls in TX to create not just a blue wave, but a BLUE TSUNAMI. We need the Democratic voter turnout in Texas to be so unprecedented that our state and local results will be indisputable!
Here is our simple ask of you: choose one or multiple items from the list of socially-distanced actions below to support the result that we all want on November 4, or uh...several weeks after that date.
1. Join our Virtual PCDWA Coffee Meeting on Friday 9/11 @9:30-11AM
We will be joined by Julia and Mallory from the Colin Allred for Congress Campaign to discuss relational organizing as well as opportunities to participate in some happy hour phone banking.
In addition, Reese the area field organizer for the Joe Biden for President Campaign will join us to discuss how the Biden/Harris ticket plans to win in TX - and how we might help.
Lori and Molly will give us the latest LitStick Project update and discuss steps leading up to our 9/26 launch.

2. Attend PCDWA's Happy Hour Candidate SIGN Pickup Party on at 3632 Greenbrier, on Friday 9/11 @5-7PM. This is a Bring Your Own Beverage event: bring something to drink, grab the signs you would like to display on your lawn and hang out and have a socially-distanced chat with other Dems! Also, a little birdie told us that a Very Special Guest (cough! Colin Allred) may drop by to say hello during our Happy Hour - we will let you know closer to the day if he is able to confirm. We will have plenty of signs to distribute, so encourage your neighbors and friends to come by as well - they do not need to be Park Cities residents. Let's BLANKET the Park Cities with Dem signs!

4. DONATE to our Grassroots LitStick Campaign to help us cover the cost of printing.
