We’ll be hearing from two of the candidates for HD108 - Tom Ervin and Shawn Terry, in a discussion hosted by SMU Law Professor Joanna Grossman. This is one of the races to watch for flipping the Texas State House in 2020, and thus the house to watch for redistricting in the state and the nation. Then, we’ll hear from Ira Bershad, who is running for Denton County Party Chair. They have two house seats to flip too! Bring a friend, a loved one, and find a person in the district who doesn’t know why it’s so important to vote local! This is no girls-only night, everyone is welcome!
